Shipping Information (December 2021)

In stock items are shipped by Canada Post Courier or Purolator the same day on orders placed Monday - Friday before 1:00 PM Central Standard Time. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are shipped the following business day (Saturday, Sunday & Holidays excluded). Items shipped directly from manufacturer may take longer for shipping & delivery. You will be notified of any back-ordered items or delayed shipments.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the weight and size of your order. Some items have flat rate shipping charges while others will be charged based on weight or size. You will see the flat rate charge in your shopping cart. These items are charged per Continental Canadian shipments within Ontario. Shipping charges may need to be adjusted up  based on processing orders outside Ontario. You will be notified of any shipping charge adjustments prior to your order being shipped.

Some oversized/overweight items will be shipped directly from manufacturer by truck and cannot be shipped Next Day. Hazardous chemicals are not available to ship at this time.

Signature Required:

A Signature is required by the receiver for all shipments.

Someone must be available to sign for deliveries.

Shipping Format:

  • Standard ground deliveries.

  • Express, Next Day & 2nd Day Air shipments.

  • Payment may be made by Credit card, E-transfer, wire transfer and PayPal payment.
